founder’s story

Kiernan Properties was founded by Steven Schroeder, an architect and real estate developer with 15 years of industry experience. Steven’s work as a developer and designer in the Hamptons of Long Island, New York has been critically acclaimed by Architectural Digest. During his time as a Development Associate for Corigin Real Estate Group, Steven was the project manager of luxury condominium project 20 East End Avenue, New York, New York, designed by the internationally acclaimed office of Architect Robert A.M. Stern.
Steven named his real estate design and development company ‘Kiernan’ Properties with love and recognition of his wife and business partner, Julie Kiernan.
